BUSOVACA, Dec 27 (HABENA/Hina) - The association of Croatian
journalists of Central Bosnia forwarded a letter to the U.S.
Ambassador to B-H Viktor Jakovchich emphasizing that the truth
about the suffering and killing of the Croats in Bosnia-Herzegovina
is well known but is kept aside from the media, according to the
Herzeg-Bosnian news agency HABENA. The letter says among other
things:
"Bosnia-Herzegovina is the homeland of the Croats as well. (...)
We do not oppose that everybody stays in his/her home, and that
they live their religion, culture and freedom."
Stating that many activists of the humanitarian associations are
not able to understand the truth about the evictions, killings and
the humiliations of the innocent Croats in central Bosnia, and do
not see that they have been denied the basic human rights to water,
food, and power.
The letter concludes by a plea for aid, saying: "We need your aid!
(...) Please, do all you can to shut down the arms."
