LJUBLJANA, Dec 1 (Hina) - Slovene Foreign Minister Lojze Peterle said on
Wednesday that he had met with Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic at
a CSCE meeting in Rome and that they had agreed once again that expert
groups should continue their work in order to find solutions to open
issues between the two countries. Among priority issues Mr Peterle
stressed the borders, the Ljubljanska Banka bank in Zagreb and the
nuclear power plant in Krsko.
The Slovene Foreign Ministry is preparing an exhaustive report on
relations with Croatia which will be presented at a government session
next week. Slovenia still supports solving relations with Croatian "in a
package."
