MOSTAR, Nov 24 (Hina) - Muslim forces continued their attacks on
positions of the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) and civil targets in
Mostar and the surrounding area on Tuesday evening, reported Herzeg-
Bosnia's Defence Ministry on Wednesday.
Major attacks were registered along the confrontation line in the city
of Mostar where HVO soldiers returned fire. There were no casualties on
the HVO side. Three Muslim helicopters were spotted flying on the route
from Jablanica to Mostar. The HVO command in Tomislavgrad reported
sporadic attacks by Muslim forces.
Muslim forces opened small arms and mortar fire in the Lasva valley and
the Kiseljak-Kresevo-Vares region. HVO troops regrouped at Fojnica and
repelled a Muslim counter-attack. Two civilians were wounded in a Muslim
artillery attack, reported the Herzeg-Bosnian Defence Ministry.
