SPLIT, Nov 5 (Hina) - Croatian President Dr.Franjo Tudjman
arrived to Split this morning in the company of the Croatian
Foreign Minister Dr.Mate Granic, Defense Minister Gojko Susak,
Minister of the Interior Ivan Jarnjak and Croatian Ambassador
to B-H Zdravko Sancevic.
Croatian President met the president of the Croatian community
of Herzeg-Bosnia Mate Boban and the Premier Jadranko Prlic in
Split. After a three-hour long conversation President Tudjman
stated: "We are discussing about how to ensure care for tens of
thousands of refugees and cooperation between the Croatian people
of Herzeg-Bosnia in these tragic circumstances."
The highest commanders of HVO and other officials from
Herzeg-Bosnia as well as the commander of the Croatian
Navy Sveto letica also participated in the talks.
Presidential advisor Dr.Ivic Pasalic announced an official
press release after the talks.
