ZAGREB, Jan 12
(Hina) - The trial of former Prime Minister and
Croatian Democratic Union leader Ivo Sanader, charged with taking 10
million euros in bribes in exchange for enabling the Hungarian oil and
gas company MOL to gain a dominant position in INA, continued on
Thursday with the testimony of former Justice Minister Drazen
Bosnjakovic who was a member of a commission in charge of amending the
shareholders' agreement on INA between the Croatian government and the
Hungarian oil company.
