ZAGREB, Dec 13
(Hina) - The Zagreb County Court on Tuesday found 15
persons guilty of fixing football matches of the Croatian national
league first division, giving two of them suspended sentences and
sentencing others pending appeal to prison sentences ranging from six
to ten months. Most of the persons convicted were ordered to pay back
the 1.2 million kuna they had gained by fixing matches.
