(Hina) - Mario Cerhak, the owner of a Zagreb
restaurant in which former prime minister Ivo Sanader and MOL CEO
Zsolt Hernadi had been filmed by a video surveillance camera,
testified before the Zagreb County Court on Wednesday, but could not
explain how it happened that only a few minutes of the entire footage
of the meeting remained and how Chief Public Prosecutor Mladen Bajic
knew that the footage existed.
