(Hina) - France will not apprehend Florence Hartmann,
a former spokeswoman for the Office of the Chief Prosecutor of the
International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY),
despite the warrant for her arrest issued by the Hague-based UN war
crimes tribunal, the French foreign ministry reported on Monday.
