(Hina) - A trial chamber of the International
Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Thursday turned
down as unfounded a motion by Serbian Radical Party (SRS) leader
Vojislav Seselj to launch proceedings against former Chief Prosecutor
Carla Del Ponte and her associates for contempt and pressures on
witnesses who, Seselj claims, were asked to testify against him.
