(Hina) - Florence Hartmann, former spokeswoman for the
Prosecutor's Office of the International Criminal Tribunal for the
former Yugoslavia (ICTY), has turned to a UN special rapporteur for
help after the Hague-based tribunal issued a warrant for her arrest
because she failed to pay a fine after she was found guilty of
contempt of the tribunal for revealing confidential information, the
Florence Hartmann Support Committee said on Thursday.
