ZAGREB, Dec 14 (Hina) - "The Croatian delegation is satisfied with
what was achieved at the Casablanca OIC (Organisation of the
Islamic Conference) summit," Prime Minister Nikica Valentic said
today on his return from Morocco.
He stressed the importance of the fact that the Croatian
delegation was able to attend a debate on many matters of principle
related to Bosnia-Herzegovina which was one of the "key issues of
vital interest to Croatia."
Valentic said he had conducted useful talks on bilateral
relations with representatives of the most important dozen Islamic
countries.
Tomorrow's arrival of Malaysian Premier Mahathir Mohammad for
a working visit to Croatia would be an opportunity to start
concrete talks on political and economic cooperation with an
Islamic country, Valentic said.
