BELGRADE, Aug 5 (Hina) - At yesterday's session at the Plitvice
Lakes the self-styled parliament of Serb rebels from Croatia's
occupied areas gave full support to Bosnian Serbs' decision to
reject a peace plan, devised by the five-nation Contact Group for
Bosnia-Herzegovina. Serb rebels from Croatia also asked for paving
the way for the "unification of all Serb countries". According to
Belgrade-based media, the self-proclaimed president of the so-
called "Republic of Serb Krajina", Milan Martic said that this
"Krajina" would face the same fate that Bosnian Serbs were
experiencing now in their self-styled Serb republic ( in the
occupied areas of Bosnia).
According to conclusions made at the session at the Plitvice
Lakes "the unification with the Serb Republic (in Bosnia) should be
carried out regardless of how parliaments of Serbia and Montenegro
might decide on this issue.
A request for the unification of "all Serb countries" will be
also sent to Serbia's and Montenegro's parliaments.
Belgrade-based newspapers have published today this news from
the Plitvice Lake session just in a few sentences after other
highlighted reports on first pages, and BORBA is the only daily
that brings a broader report on this.
