PRIME MINISTER VALENTIC MEETS WITH SECRETARY GENERAL OF OECD

TRIESTE, July 16 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Nikica Valentic met with secretary general of the Organization for Economic Co- operation and Development (OECD) Jean Claude Paye in Trieste on Saturday morning, before the beginning of a summit of the Central European Initiative. "The OECD is important because of the support and its authority in the development of the world economy," said Prime Minister Valentic after the meeting and stressed that some forms of a permanent technical co-operation might be realized this year. 161122 MET jul 94
