VIENNA, March 4 (Hina) - The Transitional Committee will start its
work today in Vienna, which based on Washington agreements on a
federation in B-H and a confederation between the Republic of
Croatia and the Bosnian federation, is to prepare a draft
Constitution of the Federation and the Confederation, a draft
Agreement on military arrangement in the federation as well as
transitional measures for the establishment of a federation and
confederation.
Diplomats informed that the Croatian delegation would be
headed by Deputy foreign minister Ivo Sanader. Croatia will also be
represented by permanent Croatian representatives to UN in Geneva
and CSCE, Miomir Zuzul and Darko Bekic, as well as a group of legal
experts.
Minister of Justice in Bosnian government, Kasim Trnka, will
be leading the Bosniac-Muslim delegation.
It has been previously announced that special envoy to the
American President, Ambassador Charles Redman, would also be in
Vienna during the work of the Transitional Committee.
Pursuant to the Washington agreements, the Council should
conclude work by March 15.
