MOSTAR, Feb 17 (Hina) - Beginning of the second emergency session
of the Herzeg-Bosnian Parliament's House of Representatives is put
off because of a lack of quorum. The session is expected to begin
at 15:00 today as representatives from Bosanska Posavina and from
the region of Mostar should arrive up to that time, and the session
could reach a quorum.
Twenty-eight accredited journalists will cover the session in
Mostar. The following items will be put on the agenda: an amendment
to the decision on establishing the House of Representatives of the
Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia's Parliament, amendment to the
basic decision on forming the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia, a
report on documents adopted at the congress of Croats held in
Sarajevo on 6 February, and other items.
