LIVNO, Feb 8 (Hina) - Herzeg-Bosnia's House of Representatives
adopted Tuesday evening a declaration supporting "the independence
of Bosnia-Herzegovina within its internationally recognized borders
as a state of three nations enjoying equal rights."
The declaration said that "the preservation of Bosnia-
Herzegovina, as an independent and internationally recognized
state, is possible only with the approval of three constituent
nations through a Union of the Republics of Bosnia-Herzegovina."
The rights of the Croatian people in Bosnia-Herzegovina should
be exercised and guaranteed through the Croatian Republic of
Herzeg-Bosnia within the Union of Republics."
According to the declaration, Mostar will be the capital of
the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia.
