KRAPINA, May 18 (Hina) - Foreign Minister Mate Granic yesterday
spoke at a panel on Croatian foreign policy in Krapina, north of
Zagreb.
"At the moment, Croatia's foreign policy is burdened by
international pressure because of the entrance of Croatian troops
into separation zones," Granic said.
During the Western Slavonia operation, evidence was found
directly linking Belgrade to the leaders of the "Krajina,"
according to Granic.
The evidence included a payroll which showed that Belgrade
paid the salaries of some 300 officers and 6,000 soldiers in
western Slavonia, Granic said.
"We have submitted this evidence to the international
community," he said.
