PAKRAC, May 10 (Hina/IKA) - An archpriest of the Serb Orthodox
Church, Leontije, met yesterday, May 9, in his house in the Pakrac
suburb of Gavrinica with the superintendent of the Pakrac police
station, Nikola Ivkanec and the vicar of the Donja Obrijez parish,
father Ivan Pajtak, Catholic Information Agency, IKA reported.
Archpriest Leontije expressed a wish that the Slavonian
Orthodox episcopate's head Lukijan, who is at present in Banja
Luka, be informed that he was well and remained with his associates
in his house in Pakrac.
Superintendent Ivkanec guaranteed safety to the archpriest and
freedom to perform his pastoral duties, IKA said.
