CONCLUSIONS OF LAST SATURDAY'S UNION OF REFUGEES SESSION - OFFICIA

OFFICIA $ L PUBLICATION ZAGREB, Apr 14 (Hina) - The Croatian Union of Displaced Persons today published the Conclusions of its 3rd conference, held in Zagreb last Saturday. "The Union does not accept Resolution 981 without precisely defined operational measures for the full control of Croatia's internationally recognised borders with Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina, and wihtout arrangements, deadlines and ways for the return of displaced people and the disarmament of Serb paramilitary forces in Croatia's occupied areas," the Conclusion said. The Union decided to return to areas under the control of the Croatian government. The Union asked the Croatian Government and Parliament not to accept the operational measures of Resolution 981 if they did not guarantee the reintegration of the occupied areas into Croatian Constitutional and legal system not later than September 30, 1995.
