ZAGREB, Apr 12 (Hina) - "Croatian President Franjo Tudjman today
received representatives of the Bosnia Contact Group, Messrs. Hill,
Zotov, de Sedouy, Steiner and Ehrman from the US, Russia, France,
Germany and Great Britain," the President's public relations
secretary, Jozo Curic, said today in a statement.
Following is the full text of Curic's statement:
"Present were Croatian Foreign Minister and Deputy Premier,
Mate Granic, the President's special envoy and Ambassador to the
UN, Miomir Zuzul, Ambassador to Germany Ivan Ilic and head of the
President's cabinet, Gordan Radin.
Contact Group representatives informed the President of
Contact Group activities, their talks with President Milosevic in
Belgrade, and the fact that they could not leave for Sarajevo this
morning to talk with President of the Bosnian Presidency, Alija
Izetbegovic, because Sarajevo airport was closed.
Contact Group representatives asked for President Tudjman's
opinion on the issues they were trying to resolve," the statement
said.
