ZAGREB, March 25 (Hina) - Herzeg-Bosnian Premier, Jadranko Prlic,
today submitted a report on his government' activities in 1994 to
the Bosnian Croat Parliament.
This week's Zagreb talks between Bosnian and Croatian
government delegation "announced new steps to inject life into the
Washington Accords and all other agreements on establishing the
Croat-Moslem Federation," Prlic said.
"The activites of President Tudjman and the Croatian
government showed their interest in establishing the Bosnian
Federation and its confederation with Croatia," Prlic said.
But the Croats were not willling to accept the merging of HVO
(Croatian Defence Council) into a unified army, where it would lose
its individual self.
