CROATIAN RED CROSS' LETTERS OF THANKS

ZAGREB, March 9 (Hina) - The Croatian Red Cross today presented letters of thanks to Croatian Radio and Television, the Youth Television (OTV), the HINA news agency, dailies Vjesnik, Vecernji List, Novi List, Glas Slavonije, Slobodna Dalmacija and the weekly Arena because of the successful cooperation and help in promoting humanitarian activities in 1994. The Croatian Red Cross head, Nenad Javornik, delivered the letters. The delivery of the letters of thanks was attended by Richard Grove-Hills, the head of the International Federation of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent. (hina) jn mms 091708 MET mar 95
