MOSTAR, March 7 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman's
special envoy for the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina and its
confederation with Croatia, Bosiljko Misetic, today held talks in
Mostar with leaders of the Croatian Democratic Union of B-H party,
high officials of Herzeg-Bosnia, and authorities of western Mostar.
Misetic informed them of his several-day visit to the Bosnian
Federation's areas under control of the Bosnian Army.
Misetic described the Bosnian Federation as Croatian political
optimum, and added that the Croatian side had accepted it.
He advocated the effective steps in the speedy implementation
of the Bosnian Federation and the consistent implementation of the
Federation's Constitution so that sovereignty, constituency and all
national rights could be guaranteed to Croats in Bosnia-
Herzegovina.
He said he could observe certain obstruction by the Moslem
side still remained despite their declarative voicing for the
Bosnian Federation.
He added that hesitance by the Croatian side could be also
spotted, but it was caused because of Croats' fear to be
overwhelmed by the majority.
