BRITAIN HELPS BOSNIAN TELEVISION STATIONS

ZAGREB, March 3 (Hina) - British Ambassador Robert Barnett next Monday is to present an aid package of equipment and programmes to two Bosnian Television stations, the British Embassy in Zagreb said in a statement today. The package includes over 100,000 pounds worth of television cameras and editing equipment which the Foreign and Commonwealth Office have provided to Bosnia's first independent TV station - NTV Studio 99. The Bosnia-Herzegovina Radio and Television company will also receive a package of documentary programmes. In addition both TV stations would be provided with access to English language satellite TV news services. British TV companies have donated over 100 children's programmes for the services.
