SARAJEVO, Feb 27 (Hina) - The Vice President of the Bosnian
Federation, Ejup Ganic, addressed today's session of the Bosnia-
Herzegovina Assembly on peaceful negotiations in Bosnia-
Herzegovina.
Ganic stressed that Bosnia-Herzegovina consistently respected
all obligations from the cessation on hostilities agreement signed
on 31 December 1994.
He said that Serbs continued to attack the Bihac area,
obstruct the traffic on 'blue routes' and talks on prisoner-of-war
exchanges, and continued their ethnic cleansing campaing, all in
violation of the ceasefire agreement.
Ganic warned that the Bosnian Army would take steps to help
its 5th Corps in the northwestern Bihac pocket unless Serbs stopped
their attacks.
Bosnian Prime Minister Haris Silajdzic said that the Bosnian
economy was operating at 6,5 percent of its pre-war capacity.
He added that it was important that production resumed in all
factories, mines and power plants where circumstances permitted.
Silajdzic said that production now depended on the functioning
of the Moslem-Croat Federation and the free movement of goods and
people on its territory.
