MOSTAR, Jan 15 (Hina/HABENA) - The association of the Herzeg-
Bosnian war veterans supported Croatian President Franjo Tudjman's
decision to end the present mandate of UNPROFOR in Croatia.
A letter from the association, signed by its leader Miro
Grabovac, welcomed the decision and congratulated Tudjman and
Croatia's authorities on the third anniversary of the international
recognition of the Republic of Croatia, according to the Herzeg-
Bosnian news agency, or HABENA.
The Herzeg-Bosnian war veterans believed that Tudjman's
position on UNPROFOR would lead to a speedy resolution of the
crisis in Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, the letter said.
