ZURICH, Jan 14 (Hina) - Croatian Education and Sports Minister
Ljilja Vokic Saturday traveled to Switzerland as part of a three
day visit.
Vokic will be familiarized with the problems of Croatian
pupils in Switzerland who attend extracurricular Croatian classes.
She will also talk to the head of a group for the education of
children from foreign countries, Urs Kramer. Switzerland is home to
some 100,000 Croatians.
Before noon Vokic went to the Croatian consulate in Zurich
where she met the co-ordinator of the Croatian Education Institute
in Switzerland, Stanislav Racic.
Tomorrow, Vokic is to attend a meeting of the School Committee
for Croatian schools. There are 42 such schools in Switzerland.
