OSIJEK, Jan 6 (Hina) - Albanian Ambassador to Croatia Frank Krroqi
today met Osijek city authorities, Members of Parliament and
businessmen.
Osijek police chief Dubravko Jezercic told Krroqi that
Osijek police had recently apprehended a large group of illegal
Albanian immigrants. They did not posses any valid documents and
therefore had to be deported under Croatian laws.
Several Albanian citizens were caught illegally crossing he
Croatian border, and in some cases the police had found forged
passports.
Both sides were interested in that the Albanian minority
soon integrate in the city's way of living.
Osijek Major Zlatko Kramaric told Krroqi about the Albanian
Community's wish that a honorary Albanian consulate be opened in
Osijek.
