Slavica Zdralovic had been accommodated in Switzerland as a
refugee since April 1992 till 25 November 1996, when she and her
two year-old daughter returned to her flat in Bugojno with the help
of the Bosnian Federation Ombudsman and the IPTF, the statement
said.
"After a month, on 13 December 1996, masked and armed persons
again evicted the two year-old girl and her mother," the statement
said.
After the incident, Zdralovic had returned to Switzerland
because neither IPTF, nor the local police could guarantee her
safety, the statement said.
