SEOUL, Dec 11 (Hina) - Croatia's Foreign Minister Mate Granic,
arrived in Seoul on Wednesday afternoon (local time) on an official
visit to the Republic of Korea.
During the three-day stay in Seoul the Croatian Foreign
Minister will hold talks with his Korean counterpart Yoo Chong Ha
on promoting bilateral economic and political cooperation. Minister
Granic will be also received by President of the Republic of Korea,
Kim Young-Sam.
Minister Granic will speak of possibilities of investment into
Croatian economy at the forum of investors at the Korean Chamber of
Commerce and Industry. He is expected to meet Korea's vice-premier
and economy minister as well as leaders of Samsung and Daewoo.
Before the beginning of the official Croatian-Korean talks, he
will lay a wreath at the Korean National Cemetery.
During the tour to Seoul Minister Granic is accompanied by
Croatia's Ambassador to Korea, Andjelko Simic whose seat is in
Tokyo, the Minister's aide Frane Krnic, and the Minister's aide on
economic cooperation, Spomenka Cek.
