ZAGREB, Dec 6 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on Friday
received a delegation of the Constitutional Court on the occasion
of the fifth anniversary of the court's establishment.
Constitutional Court president Jadranko Crnic informed Tudjman
about the court's activities in the last five years.
"Neither war nor aggression has prevented the implementation of
the Constitution in the past five years," Crnic said.
President Tudjman said that the Croatian people had given their
contribution to European culture, art and civilization as well as
to the development of law. He cited written laws dating back to the
13th century.
Crnic presented Tudjman with a replica of a medal worn by all
Constitutional Court judges.
