KARLSRUHE, Nov 28 (Hina) - A Croatian Constitutional Court
delegation, led by president Jadranko Crnic, met for talks with
German Federal Constitutional Court officials in the southwestern
city of Karlsruhe on Thursday.
The representatives of the two courts exchanged experiences on
court decisions concerning various aspects of local government.
They also discussed legal aspects of the "Zagreb government
crisis", election laws and human rights protection.
German officials showed great interest in the fact that all
Croatian Constitutional Court sessions were open to the press,
which they described as a unique example in the world and
unthinkable for the German Federal Constitutional Court.
The delegations exchanged collections of court rulings.
