arrived late last night in London, where he is to attend a two-day
conference on the implementation of Bosnia peace agreement. #L#
Granic arrived in London from Lisbon, where he attended a
ministerial conference of the Organisation for Security and
Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). Along with other 55 foreign ministers
and members of international organisations, Granic will attend the
regular work of the London conference which is to focus primarily
on the results of the peace process in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
On Wednesday and Thursday, Granic will have several bilateral
meetings, including those with the U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary
of State, Strobe Talbott and Russia's Foreign Minister Yevgeny
Primakov.
Granic is also to meet the U.N. Transitional Administrator for
eastern Slavonia, General Jacques Klein, and British minister
Nicholas Bonsor. The main topic of the talks will be the Croatian
Danubian area.
