ZAGREB, Nov 28 (Hina) - The Association of exiled Croats from
Bosanska Posavina (north Bosnia) requested of the Croatian and

the freedom of movement, return to homes and others. #L#
The Association's president, Mate Gogic, told Thursday's news
conference in Zagreb that not one basic provision of the Dayton
Agreement had been implemented, except putting and end to armed
conflicts.
Gogic especially warned that the right to the freedom of
movement in Bosnia-Herzegovina was being ignored, and added that
the Association had requested four times this year that Bosanska
Posavina displaced persons be allowed to visit cemeteries under
Serb control, which had not been granted to them once.
"We cannot even think about returning to our homes, which is a
sign that the Dayton Agreement was actually sounding a death knell
of Bosnia-Herzegovina," Gogic said.
The Association informed reporters about the initiation and
work of the Committee for Political and Territorial Integrity of
Bosanska Posavina which had forwarded a memorandum containing
several hundreds of signatures to several dozens of addresses of
western political and cultural organizations, expecting written
support from them.
The Bosanska Posavina displaced persons also told reporters
about their difficult status in Croatia, especially of those
privately accommodated, and called on the Croatian government to
ameliorate their living conditions.
Only 194 families, out of a total of 410, had returned to the
Odzak municipality in Bosanska Posavina, thanks to reconstruction
carried out exclusively by individuals, they said.
