OPATIJA, Nov 13 (Hina) - The Central European Initiative working
group for tourism began the ninth official session at Opatija on
Wednesday, under the chairmanship of Croatia's deputy tourism
minister Vinka Cetinski.
Minister Cetinski said that the cooperation between Central
European Initiative member-states showed that joint goals in
development of their tourism were full valorization of
insufficiently exploited tourism potentials, the need for gaining
higher incomes from tourism, and progress in tourism by higher
quality in services and by protection of the environment.
Wednesday's discussion revolved around projects submitted to
the European Bank For Reconstruction and Development, C.E.I.
member-states' strategic marketing plans and other topics.
