The "Zadranka" hotel has been estimated at a value of 1.8
million German marks and the "Bozava" hotel at 6.2 million marks.
"Turisthotel" decided to sell the hotels because of the lack
of resources for their reconstruction.
The hotels are of B and C categories and substantial resources
are needed for their reconstruction.
The company estimated that, considering the size of these
hotels, they were suitable for family-owned tourist business.
