KORNBLUM HOLDS SEPARATE TALKS WITH BOSNIA'S PRESIDENCY MEMBERS

SARAJEVO, Nov 11 (Hina) - U.S. Assistant Secretary of State John Kornblum, Monday held separate meetings with all of three members of Bosnia-Herzegovina's Presidency to discuss establishment of joint bodies of authority. The meetings were held behind the closed doors. Official statements, issued after Kornblum's talks with Alija Izetbegovic and Kresimir Zubak, said the talks had revolved around the implementation of the peace accords, the implementation of the U.S. "Equip and Train" programme for Bosnia-Herzegovinia's Moslem- Croat Federation armed force, and the situation in the Federation. Before his talks in Sarajevo, Kornblum met Momcilo Krajisnik, at Pale (outside Sarajevo). Talking to the Bosnian Serb radio 'Pale' Krajisnik said the negotiations on establishment of the joint bodies of authority helped bring the stands (on the matter) closer. 'I expect that the ministerial council will be named at tomorrow's session of Bosnia-Herzegovina's Presidency, although all problems have not been overcome in the work of the two chambers of Bosnia's Parliament,' Krajisnik told the Pale radio station. Bosnia's Presidency members are to meet on Tuesday at the National Museum in Sarajevo. International representatives, particularly the Bildt office members, have been warning times that it will be the last chance for the establishment of the ministerial council before the Paris conference on the peace accord's implementation, due to be next Thursday.
