'I expect that this decision would be made public tomorrow by
Robert Frowick, head of the OSCE mission in Bosnia, since it is
clear that all three sides in Bosnia hold that conditions for the
conduct of municipal elections have not been met', Zubak said.
The decision on the postponement of municipal elections would
be in 'the general interest, as there are many open questions that
should be solved'. One of the most important ones was the problem
of municipalities divided by the inter-entity boundary, Zubak said.
