SARAJEVO, Nov 7 (Hina) - The (Moslem-led) Party of Democratic
Action (SDA) insists that his candidate should be again a new
premier of the (Moslem-Croat) Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
"We will not give up from our demand, as the SDA party has the
right to the premier's office on the grounds of the results of the
September elections," the party's general committee's head Halid
Genjac said on Thursday.
He told a news conference that the fact that the Croatian
nation in the Federation is the constituent nation, was protected
by the provision on the rotation at the office of the Federation's
President, whereas the office of the premier could be obtained
exclusively in line with election results.
Genjac confirming that the disagreement on this issue had
brought talks between the SDA and Bosnian Croats' HDZ party (HDZ B-
H) to a halt.
He announced that the Bosnian Federation Parliament's House of
Representatives would probably convene a session for next Monday.
