SARAJEVO, 18 Oct (Hina) - A new round of talks between the highest

held in Sarajevo Friday, has yielded no concrete results. #L#
HDZ president Bozo Rajic and SDA vice president Ejup Ganic
told reporters that the meeting had focused on the establishment of
cantonal bodies of authority, the organisation of the Federation
Assembly session, the appointment to the highest Federation
offices, the country's flag and coat-of-arms and implementation of
agreements which had been signed earlier.
The two sides only managed to agree in principal to carry out
the process of the establishment of cantonal authorities as soon as
possible so that the Federation parliament could convene by 28
November.
According to Rajic, the basic problem was that the SDA was
refusing to accept proposals for the re-organisation of the city of
Sarajevo, which had been adopted at the sessions of the Federation
Forum.
