BRUSSELS, Oct 16 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Zlatko Matesa
held talks with his Belgian counterpart Jean-Luc Dehaene in
Brussels on Wednesday. The talks focused on bilateral relations
between Croatia and Belgium and the process of peaceful
reintegration of the Croatian Danubian area. #L#
After the meeting, Matesa said that the two countries would
soon sign a number of agreements on economic cooperation and that
visas for Croatian citizens travelling to Belgium are soon to be
nullified.
Asked about Belgium's views about the process of peaceful
reintegration of the Croatian Danubian area, Premier Dehaene said
he was very satisfied with the agreement between President Tudjman
and General Klein about the end of the process.
Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic who also took part in
the talks, on Wednesday travelled to The Hague from Brussels for a
visit to the Netherlands.
