SARAJEVO, Oct 9 (Hina) - A multinational team of 44 supervisors on
Tuesday arrived at the Sarajevo centre of the Organization for
Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) where they would remain
until 11 December, OSCE said in a statement on Wednesday according
to Herzeg-Bosnian news agency Habena.
The team includes representatives from Belgium, Bulgaria,
Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Great
Britain and the United States.
The team's main duties will be to provide reports and direct
the work of supervisors during the Bosnian municipal elections
between 22 and 24 November, to locate and ensure logistic support
to supervisors, as well as to help in finding polling places.
Many of the team's supervisors supervised the Bosnian 14
September elections.
OSCE spokesman David Foley said that hundreds of staff were to
arrive in the next weeks, while the main group of supervisors would
