In today's statement the IFOR North Sector headquarters, based
in Tuzla, blamed some Bosnia's government officials for
deteriorating the situation in the village of Jusici. Yesterday
Moslem civilians had protested against the situation in the
village, located in a separation zone within the Serb entity. Ten
days ago Moslem refugees returned to the village to repair their
houses, although Serb authorities did not allow them to come back.
Besides, IFOR soldiers found arms with some of returnees.
Today the IFOR said that some of Bosnia-Herzegovina's
government officials "did not cooperate well" with representatives
of IFOR, UNHCR and the office of the international peace mediator
in Bosnia, Carl Bildt.
