SARAJEVO, Sept 19 (Hina) - The main goal of the Party of Democratic
Action (SDA) after the elections would be an integral
implementation of the Dayton Agreement, because until now it had
been implemented only in part, SDA president Alija Izetbegovic told
reporters in Sarajevo on Thursday.
He added that special attention would be put on the
implementation of Annexe 7 which referred to the return of
refugees. "For us it is the basis of the reintegration of BH",
Izetbegovic said.
He evaluated that the victory of SDA as a "central party" was
the best way of opposing left and right Bosniak extremists.
Izetbegovic also confirmed that the Presidency of BH would
convene for its first meeting in Sarajevo, while official meetings
would begin when Momcilo Krajisnik (Serb representative) swore
allegiance to the Bosnian Constitution.
Concerning municipal elections, Izetbegovic said that SDA
wished they were scheduled in the spring of 1997.
