Speaking at a press conference today, Silajdzic said that this
meant the acceptance of his party's request that the 1991 census be
the basis for refugees to reclaim their property and return to
their homes.
OSCE would determine conditions for municipal elections
afterwards and the Party for Bosnia decided to call on its
supporters to take part in the elections, Silajdzic said.
'What is important is that the elections do not change
Bosnia's demographic picture from 1991', he said.
'The guarantees we have received from the head of the OSCE
mission will prevent the legalization of the results of genocide at
14 September elections', Silajdzic said.
Silajdzic also said that it was not realistic to claim that
Herzeg-Bosnia would cease to function on 31 August.
'I think that such statements are in the first place part of
the election propaganda and that they are aimed at attracting more
votes', Silajdzic said.
