Bosnian Ambassador to Croatian Kasim Trnka voted at polling
station no. 75 on Saturday morning.
"I am pleased that the time has come to hold elections in
Bosnia, that peace has arrived... At the same time, I am unhappy
with the fact that at least a half of Bosnian citizens do not have
the chance to vote from their homes," Trnka said.
The voting is in process in other counties as well.
At the polling station in Rijeka, president of the National
Democratic Union, controversial businessman and politician from
western Bosnia Fikret Abdic also voted, among others.
He told reporters that the Bosnian elections in Croatia had
been extremely well organized.
He said that he expected that the National Democratic Union
and Fikret Abdic would achieve absolute victory if the elections in
Bosnia were ensured full regularity by September 14.
