Friday arrived at the White House for talks with the United States

Immediately after the meeting, Tudjman is to meet President
Bill Clinton, accompanied by Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic
and Defense Minister Gojko Susak.
The talks will focus on the implementation of the Dayton peace
accords, strengthening of the Bosnian Federation, relations between
the U.S. and Croatia and Croatia's integration into western
institutions.
According to announcements from the U.S. State Department,
present at the talks will be U.S. State Secretary Warren
Christopher.
Before leaving Washington, Tudjman is also to hold talks with
leaders of leading Croatian associations in the United States.
