Herzegovina, the respect of human rights, rights of minorities and
rights of refugees and displaced persons to return to their homes,
the freedom of media, and the local and regional authorities.
Croatia is to reply within 7 days, in faith of continuing the
dialogue and concluding the process of Croatia's accession into
full membership of the Council of Europe, at a meeting of the
Committee of Ministers on July 1 1996, the statement said.
