A delegation headed by Bosnian Premier Hasan Muratovic,
assistant to the Bosnian Federation Premier Drago Bilandzija and
the Premier of the Serb entity Gojko Klickovic held a meeting
which analyzed the present situation on the eve of the conference
in Florence at which Bildt is to submit a report on the first six
months of the implementation of the peace agreement.
"I cannot say that I am fully satisfied with any side in
Bosnia," Bildt said, but he recalled that significant progress
had been achieved in the past period.
Confirming his previously expressed view that removing war
crimes suspects from their posts was the basis of stabilizing the
peace process, Bildt expressed his conviction that all war crimes
suspects would certainly end up before the International Tribunal
in The Hague.
Elections were important at the moment because they enabled
the establishment of central authority bodies in Bosnia, and the
integration of the country, Bildt said, citing measures agreed at
the meeting in Sarajevo which needed to be taken in order to
secure premises for future authority bodies, which would be
common for the whole country.
