Prlic on Wednesday visited Banja Luka where he held talks with the
international peace coordinator in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Carl Bildt,
the premier of the Serb entity, Rajko Kasagic, representatives of
opposition parties, head of the Moslem religious community in Banja
Luka, Mufti Ibrahim Halilovic, and the bishop of Banja Luka, Franjo
Komarica, a statement from Prlic's cabinet said. #L#
The talks had focused on the implementation of the Dayton
Agreement - inter-ethnic cooperation, the authority of the
government of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the freedom of movement,
elections and the rights of citizens, the statement said.
Kasagic expressed his government's readiness for expanding
future cooperation between the two entities, especially in the
fields of transport and energy, including traffic connections with
Croatia.
Kasagic had recognized the position and role of the Bosnian
Foreign Ministry in line with the Dayton peace accords, the
statement said.
